September in Ottawa has been absolutely fantastic – warm sunny days that carry on to gorgeous golden evenings. I’ve been photographing the W family for years and I feel like they have the magic touch when scheduling their family photo session. It always seems to be the most perfect of weather! I hope I haven’t jinxed that for the future! Thanks again R&P for trusting me with your family memories….I still can’t believe how quickly the kids have grown up!

There is something special about photographing families with teens or older kids. The family is evolving, just as the kids are still growing and learning and figuring out who they are. And let’s face it, the milestones don’t stop just because the kids have grown in age! There are many things yet to celebrate – graduations, new jobs, maybe moving out on their own…..It just make my heart burst when parents take the time to document their family, no matter the age!
The S family came to me with just that idea – capture us as we are now!
